1.Order checklist

1.1: Once you have decided on your card, select the amount and press the "Add to Cart" Button. All added items can be found inside your Shopping cart.
1.2: From the top of the page please choose proceed to checkout by finding the [Cart] icon or if you are already viewing the contents of your cart, press the [Purchase] button.
1.3: You will now be directed to enter "Shipping Address", "Order Summary", "Delivery Method", and "Payment Information". Please make sure all of your information is correctly entered.
*Credit card payments will be made at this step.
1.4: A confirmation mail will be sent. Please make sure there are no errors in the information contained within.
5.Arrival of item.

2.Canceling your order

If your order contains mistakes, or the items have been damaged, please make sure to contact us within 7 days and we will offer support.
We cannot guarantee the integrity of items after shipping.

We do not accept customer requests for canceling your order.
Please note that pre-order items are also not able to cancel.
We ask you to please be careful before placing your order.

The item images on this website are for visual reference only.
Please note that they may differ in some specifications from the actual products.

4.Card conditions

On all merchandise, the following information can be found.
【EN】=The cards language will be in English
【JP】=The cards language will be in Japanese
【NM】=Near Mint
【SP】=Slightly Played
【MP】=Moderatory Played
【HP】=Heavy Played

* On some of the more expensive cards a "NM+" or "SP-" card condition notification can be found.

* For a detailed explanation of the card conditions, please refer to our card grading guide(https://www.hareruyamtg.com/en/user_data/card_condition).

**Please note that in rare cases there can be minor variations in card conditions.**

5.Payment Methods

**Please keep in mind that payments made from overseas can only be done by using a Credit card.**

Please choose [Credit card] as your payment method.

Regarding Credit card purchases:
*Payments made from overseas can only be done by Credit card.
*There is no surcharge for Credit card purchases.
*Installment payment not possible.
*Debit made on the card will show up as "Hareruya".
*For security purpose for large amounts of orders requesting payment by credit card, we may cancel charges made to your credit card and ask for you to pay using international money transfer.

●Cash On Delivery
 Cash On Delivery is able to use. Japan Post will be delivering your package.
 Cash On Delivery Fee will be charged as the following.
 Cash On Delivery Fee will be charged depending the order total price (shipping not included).
 Changing your payment method to Cash On Delivery from a different method already chosen is not possible.

 Payment for Cash On Delivery will be charged when Japan Post delivers your package at the requested address.
 Please pay the grand total of your order (Item price+ Shipping fee + Cash On Delivery Fee) with cash.
 When the storage period of the package was overdue and returned to us, additional shipping fee may be charged.
 Cash On Delivery Fee will be charged separate from the shipping fee.
 Yu-Pack will be used for shipping.
 If you choose Cash On Delivery and have different orders requesting to "Combine Order", this is not available.

●Convenience Store Payment
 You may place your payment at a convenience store near you.
 Please pay your order at the selected convenience store.
 Changing your payment method to Convenience Store Payment from a different method already chosen is not possible.
 *If a payment order is included in a convenience store payment, we do not offer bundled shipping.

 Please place your payment by using bank transfer.

6.Using credit card

The following credit cards can be used.


*There is no surcharge for credit card purchases.
*Installment payments not possible.
*Purchases made with Credit card will yield 1% store credit.
*Debit made on the card will show up as "Hareruya".
*We have introduced 3D Secure 2.0, which authenticates the identity of the customer for credit card payment, to provide our customers with a safer and more secure shopping experience.

7.Convenience Store Payment(For Domestic Use)

Payment is possible at the Convenience Stores listed below.


*Please note that payment procedure is different at each Convenience Store. Please read your order confirmation mail and proceed your payment.

8.Purchase Limit

There is a limit of 8 pieces per person for each item on the Hareruya Online Store.
This is the maximum number of items that can be purchased in one day, and only 8 items can be placed in the cart.

If you order more than 8 pieces in a day, we may cancel your order after sending you a notification by email.
We ask for your cooperation so that many customers can purchase our products.

9.Combine Order(For Domestic Use)

Multiple orders can be combined and shipped together by selecting "Bundle" when choosing a shipping method.
Please indicate "Order ID of the order you wish to add" in the remarks column, and select "Bundle" as the shipping method.
We will combine your order with orders that you have requested to be shipped together.

※Orders can only be shipped together if all orders are paid by "Bank Transfer" or "Postal Transfer" only.
※The number of orders that can be shipped together is limited to a maximum of three, including the original order.
 If more than 4 items are requested to be shipped together, up to 3 items will be shipped together and the remaining items will be shipped individually.
※Orders containing pre-order items cannot be shipped together.
※Please note that we may not be able to accept your request if you have already paid.

10.Payment Period(For Domestic Use)

■For those who live in Japan■
The deadline for orders placed at the Hareruya web store is at 3:00 PM JST on the seventh day after the date of your order.
If the due date falls on a financial institution holiday, the due date will be 3:00 PM JST on the next business day.
For example:
If the order is placed on April 1st, deadline will be at 3:00 PM JST on April 7th.
(If April 7th is a Sunday, deadline will be at 3:00 PM JST on April 8th.)

Please note that if no payment is confirmed in the deadline, your order will be canceled. If your payment will be delayed and needs time, please contact us before your payment period expires.

11.Shipping Services

■For International Customers■

There are two international shipping methods available: EMS and Small Packet.
The difference between these methods is as follows:

 EMS
  /compensates 2,000,000JPY at maximum if a parcel is lost or damaged
  /costs 3,450JPY at minimum as a shipping fee
  /can be tracked
  /can be shipped every business day including weekends and holidays

 Small Packet
  /is the cheaper shipping method (costs 1,050JPY at minimum)
  /is applied Registered Mail Service, which allows customers to track a parcel and compensates 6,000JPY at maximum if a parcel is lost or damaged
  /cannot be applied to orders which include larger/heavier items (e.g. playmats) or have a large amount of contents
  /can be shipped only weekdays

■For Domestic Customers■

There are two domestic shipping methods available: Yu-Pack (ゆうパック) and Yu-Packet (ゆうパケット).
The difference between these methods is as follows:

 Yu-Pack
  /arrives faster (takes 1-2 days for delivery)
  /costs 550JPY at minimum as a shipping fee
  /compensates 500,000JPY at maximum if a parcel is lost or damaged
  /allows a customer to set delivery date and time
  /offers free shipping when an order costs 30,000JPY or more
   *In the event a total amount of an order exceeds 500,000JPY, we apply a special shipping method which compensates 5.000,000JPY at maximum

 Yu-Packet
  /costs cheaper (only does 180JPY no matter where a destination is)
  /takes 2-4 days for delivery
  /cannot be applied to orders which include larger items (e.g. playmats)
  /doesn't allow to claim compensation if a parcel is lost or damaged

In the event that your parcel is returned to us, you should settle a reshipping cost via Bank Transfer or Postal Transfer to resend it.
*Please inform us of a branch name of a post office if you prefer to receive a parcel at the facility.

12.Days of delivery time(For Domestic Use)

※The postal code of the delivery address is 「169-0075」.
The deadline for confirming payments is 3:00pm. Orders placed and paid before 3:00pm will be shipped during the day.
※Some of the bank transfer are not able to confirm during the weekend. Those payments will be confirmed on next regular weekday and packages will be sent.
※Please understand when a new set is released, shipping may take longer than usual due to the numbers of orders we receive in that period.
※Please understand that due to weather conditions, we may not be able to ship your package on schedule. If so, we will be sending the package on the next day if possible.
※Preferred time/date of delivery may not be applied to some regions under specific circumstances.

13.Specified Date and Time Delivery

Yu-Pack is the only option with this service. Please choose your requested date and time of delivery when ordering your items.
If you would like to change the date or time of delivery after requesting for a specific period, please use the Contact Us form and notify us with the following information:

・「Order ID」
・「Name」

*If the package has been already shipped, we will not be able to accept your request.

14.Track Your Parcel

We will send an e-mail with a tracking number and a link to a tracking service once your order is shipped.
You can check delivery status details by entering the tracking number via the following link:

15.In-Store Pickup

When you complete your order, please stop by the Hareruya Tournament Center Tokyo to pick up and pay for your order.
When picking up your order, please notify our staff at the register you have an order to pick up. Please tell them your 「Name」 and 「Order Date」 also.
Please note that your order will be canceled if you haven't received your order within 7 days including the day of order.


・When choosing 「Prepaid Pickup」
When you complete your order, please stop by the Hareruya Tournament Center Tokyo to pick up your order.
Please bring an ID we can confirm with you to receive your order. At the register, please notify our staff you have an Smooth Pickup order and tell them your 「Name」 and 「Order Date」.
Your order pickup period expires in 14 days including the day of order. If the pickup period expires, the order will automatically be canceled.


Notices for 「Prepaid Pickup」
・Hareruya Online points can be used for 「Prepaid Pickup」 orders. The store point card will not be able to use for this order. Points for this order will be added to your online account after you receive your order.
・Pre-order items and regular items cannot be ordered in the same order. Please divide the order into 2 by one with the pre-order items and one with the regular order items.
・On your credit card bill, item will be shown as Hareruya.
・「One Time Payment」 is your only option. 「Payment by installments」 is not able to choose.

※Orders for pickup is only able to use when picking up at the Tournament Center Tokyo.

If your payment through Bank Transfer or Postal Transfer will be delayed, please let us know beforehand.


※For orders of pre-order single cards, Store pickup payment is not able to choose from. Other payment method are able to choose.
※For pre-orders using credit card for payments, the bill will be charged to your credit card on the day of your order was placed.


・Shipping for Pre-order Items
If requested delivery time or date is not selected, new set cards will be sent after the release date.
Pre-order items will be able to send on the official release day of the item. (Depending on items, they may be sent the day before release date.)
If you request your item to be delivered before the official release date, shipping will be proceeded on the day of release.
*Please note that shipping may be delayed by the weather condition or delivery problems. For this delay we will not take responsibility.

・When Orders are Congested
When a new expansion is released, lots of orders come in.
We ask for your understanding that there may be some delay in shipping than usual during this period.


・Maximum Orders Quantity for Pre-Order Single Cards
For pre-order single cards, we have set a maximum order quantity limit to 4 copies of the same card.
Even if you divide your orders into multiple times, this maximum limit will be applied.

16.Incorrect Orders

If you received an incorrect order, we humbly apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please contact us by E-mail and use the form found under Contact us.

Make sure to include your order number, name and what cards were missing and/or recieved in error.
*Please be aware we cannot offer support or do refunds if more than 8 days since delivery has gone by.

17.Damaged Merchandise

In case your order contained damaged merchandise, re-imbursement is possible.
Please use the form found under Contact us as well as send an E-mail containing the following

*Order ID
*Name
*Damaged merchandises name

We might ask that you forward the merchandise back to us so we can confirm the condition of it.
*Please be aware we cannot offer support or do refunds if more than 8 days since delivery has gone by.

18.Regarding measures taken when products are out of stock

In the event of a product shortage due to an error in the display of inventory on the website, we will contact the customer by e-mail to cancel the relevant product and refund the product price or change the payment amount.
All other items will be shipped on the next business day after the payment is confirmed, unless otherwise instructed.

19.Your order contained cards you didn`t order

Incase your order contains expensive cards, we will use inexpensive cards as padding to make sure the expensive cards will not sustain any damage during shipping.
Please accept these cards as is.

20.Pre-Order Items

・When ordering a Pre-Order Item
We do not accept Combine Order for Pre-Order items.
・Ordering pre-order items using the "Store Ordering Account" is not allowed.
Please order pre-order items using your own account.


・Cancel
Pre-Order Items are not able to cancel once your order is placed.
Please be careful before ordering.

21.Points

For every 100 JPY worth of purchases you make you will be awarded 1 point.
These points value are equal to 1 JPY and can be used starting from 10 and up on any purchases you make therafter.
*Please note that points will dissapear if no new purchases has been made for 6 months.

22.Regarding correspondence from our store

After placing an order you will always recieve these following emails.

1. An order confirmation email will be sent automatically.

2. Payment confirmation email. The confirmation email will be sent the moment payment has been recieved except for if payment enters after 3:00pm in which case it will be sent the following bankday. Also if payment would be recieved on a Friday after 3:00pm we cannot send a Cnfirmation mail until Monday or in the case of a bank holiday Tuesday.

3. Shipping confirmation mail. Will be sent after we have processed and shipped your order.

We ask for your understanding that we might also need to contact you at other times as well. We're sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
In the circumstances that our E-mail doesn't reach you, please use the form found at Contact us to inquire about your order, please wait at least 1 business day for a response.
In case there is a delay or trouble with your order we apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask that you make sure your contact information is correct and to check regularly for correspondence.
