Matchmaking will be organized into tables based on the "Commander Bracket Beta." Please check the article below for details on each Bracket.

Note 1: Bracket 1 "Exhibition" will only be available through side events on the day of the event.
Note 2: The "Game-Changer List" has been updated since the article was published. Please check the current list here.
Note 3: Depending on the number of participants, you may be assigned to a table different from your requested Bracket.

Drafting: Pick one card at a time.
Minimum Deck Size: At least 40 cards (excluding your Commander/s).
Starting Life Total: 40 Life.
Commander Restrictions: * You must designate at least one Legendary card from your pool as your Commander.
Special "Partner" Rule: All monocolored Legendary cards gain the "Partner" ability for this event.
The 《Prismatic Piper》 Rule: * Regardless of whether you draft a Legend or not, you may use up to two copies of 《The Prismatic Piper》 as your Commander(s). (Staff will provide these).

Please enter the Event Code at registration.
The tournament will consist of Swiss Rounds followed by the Final Round.

● Swiss Rounds
Fixed 4 Rounds.

The player in Seat A starts first, and turns proceed clockwise.

Round Time Limit: 60 minutes.

Unfinished Matches: If a match is not completed within the time limit, the game continues until either the "stack is empty" or "3 minutes have passed." If the game still has no winner, all players in that match will be considered defeated (Loss).

Ranking: Standings are determined by "Commander Points."

【Commander Points System】
Each participant starts with 1,000 points.

Losers: Lose 7% of their current points.

Winner: Gains the total points lost by all losers in that match.

3-Player Table Correction: To balance 3-player tables, the winner receives additional points as if there were a 4th player (a loser) with points equal to the current lowest-ranked player in that match.

All decimals are rounded up.

● Final Round
The Top 4 players from the Swiss Rounds will advance to the Final.

Fixed 1 Round.

Turn Order: Determined by the Swiss Round standings (higher seed chooses or starts first).

Time Limit Rule: Same as the Swiss Rounds. If no winner is determined after the extension, the remaining player with the highest Swiss Round standing will be declared the winner.

Commander Restriction: Only cards from Universes Beyond or other official collaboration sets can be designated as your Commander.
Standard Commander Rules: Aside from the Commander restriction, all other rules follow standard Commander (EDH) format.

【Construction Rules】
The Commander: You must designate one Legendary Creature with a single-color identity (White, Blue, Black, Red, or Green) or a Colorless identity as your Commander.

No "Partner" Allowed: Even if the cards share the same color, you cannot designate two cards as your Commanders using the "Partner" ability for this event. You must lead with a single champion!

Deck Composition: Your entire deck must follow the color identity of your single chosen Commander.

【Banned & Game Changer Cards】
This event follows the standard Commander (EDH) Banned List and Game Changer list.

・Starting Life Totals: Both the Archenemy and the Hero Team (shared life) start with 60 Life.
・Scheme Deck: * Must contain 10 or more cards, with a limit of 1 copy per card.
・Note: Hareruya will provide the Scheme decks for loan.
・Turn Sequence: The Archenemy always goes first and does draw a card during their first Draw Step.
・Executing Schemes: At the beginning of the Archenemy's precombat main phase, the top card of the scheme deck is set in motion.
・After resolving any "When you set this scheme in motion" abilities, if it is not a "Ongoing Scheme," it is placed on the bottom of the scheme deck.
・Poison Counters: These are tracked for each individual player. If any single player reaches 10 or more poison counters, the entire team loses the game.

Game-Changer Cards: Prohibited.
No 2-Card Infinite Combos: Any combo using 2 or fewer cards to create an infinite loop, infinite damage, or infinite resources is not allowed.
No Mass Land Denial: Cards that prevent lands from untapping or destroy multiple lands at once are prohibited.
No Extra Turn Spells: Cards that grant extra turns are not allowed.
Limited Search/Tutors: Searching for cards other than basic lands is restricted. Please avoid decks with too many "Tutor" effects.
Let's embrace the randomness of the game instead of rushing for a combo!

【Construction Rules】
The "Kindred" Requirement: Choose one creature type shared by your Commander. You must include at least 25 creature cards of that chosen type in your deck.
Example: If your Commander is "Kaalia of the Vast" (Human, Cleric), you may choose either Human or Cleric. You cannot choose Angel, Demon, or Dragon. If you choose Cleric, you must include 25 or more Cleric creature cards in your deck.

The "Changelic" Rule: If your Commander has "Changeling" (e.g., Orvar, the All-Form), you may choose "Shapeshifter" or any single existing creature type in MTG.
Example: If using "Orvar, the All-Form," you must designate "Shapeshifter" or one other specific creature type.

Strict Creature Restriction: You cannot include any creature cards that do not have the designated creature type. (Your creature selection must be 100% exclusive to your chosen Kindred.)

【Banned & Game Changer Cards】
This event follows the standard Commander (EDH) Banned List and Game Changer list.

"FINAL FANTASY" & Collector Booster 2-Box Commander Sealed
Experience an incredibly luxurious event using one box of "Magic: The Gathering — FINAL FANTASY" plus one additional randomly selected Collector Booster box (Total: 2 Boxes)!

Event Format
Format: Sealed Deck (Commander Style) - 1 Round.

Deck Construction: Exactly 60 cards (including Commander/s).

Language: All cards are in Japanese.

Special Deck Building Rules (Based on Commander Masters Draft)
The "Prismatic Piper" Rule: You may designate any two Legendary Creatures, Legendary Vehicles, or Legendary Spaceships (with P/T) as your Commanders, provided they are monocolored or colorless. (They effectively gain "Partner").

Duplicates Allowed: You may use multiple copies of the same card if they are in your sealed pool.

Werewolf Commander Rules
At the start of the game, players are randomly assigned one of four roles: Villager A, Villager B, Werewolf, or Madman.

Roles & Victory Conditions
Villagers (2 Players):
Victory Condition: Correctly identify the Werewolf in the post-game vote OR if the Werewolf wins the actual Magic game.

The Werewolf (1 Player):
Goal: You must try NOT to win the Magic game, but you must also avoid being caught in the post-game vote.
Victory Condition: The Werewolf loses the Magic game AND is NOT identified in the post-game vote.

The Madman (1 Player):
Victory Condition: The Werewolf loses the Magic game AND is NOT identified in the post-game vote. (The Madman wins with the Werewolf!)

Post-Game: Discussion & Voting
After the Magic game ends, a 3-minute Discussion Time begins. Players must debate who the "Werewolf" among the defeated players was.

The Vote: After discussion, everyone votes for the suspected Werewolf.
If the voted player is a Villager or Madman: The Werewolf and Madman win (unless the player who won the Magic game was the Werewolf).
If the voted player is the Werewolf: Both Villagers win.
If the actual winner of the Magic game was the Werewolf: Both Villagers win automatically.

Tie Vote: If the votes are split (e.g., 2 vs 2), both players are considered to have the "most votes." If the Werewolf is among them, the Villagers win.
"Most Spirited Player" Award: After the game, a final vote will be held to decide who made the game the most exciting!

Key Differences from Standard Commander
No Hidden Information Sharing: You must not reveal private information. For example, do not show your hand or cards searched with "Vampiric Tutor" unless the card explicitly requires it.

Keep Your Board State: When a player is eliminated, do not pack up your deck. Keep your permanents, graveyard, and exile zone as they are for the Discussion Time.

Huge Leaders Power Levels
When you register, we will ask for your preferred Deck Power Level:
Colossal: All cards are legal (except for the standard Huge Leaders Banned List).
Friendly: In addition to the Banned List, cards on the "Colossal List" are also prohibited. This level is for more casual, relaxed play.

【Cards Still Prohibited】
While the standard Banned List is lifted, the following cards remain illegal for this event:

Cards with offensive art, text, or names: (e.g., 《Invoke Prejudice》, etc. as defined by WotC).

【Event Details】
Matchmaking: We will adjust table pairings based on your desired playstyle and power level.
Standard Rules: Aside from the card legality changes mentioned above, all other rules follow the standard Commander (EDH) format.

【Deck Construction】
The Oathbreaker: Designate one Planeswalker as your "Oathbreaker."
You may use a double-faced card if its front face is a Planeswalker.
If both have "Partner," you may designate two Planeswalkers as your Oathbreakers.
Signature Spell: For each Oathbreaker, designate one Instant or Sorcery card as your "Signature Spell."
The Signature Spell's color identity must be within the color identity of your Oathbreaker.
Deck Size: Exactly 60 cards (including the Oathbreaker and Signature Spell).

【Gameplay Rules】
Life Total: Starting life is 20. There is no Commander Damage rule.
Casting the Oathbreaker: You may cast your Oathbreaker from the Command Zone.
If it would leave the battlefield (to the graveyard, hand, library, or exile), you may return it to the Command Zone as a replacement effect.
Each time you cast it from the Command Zone after the first, it costs an additional (2).
Casting the Signature Spell: You may cast your Signature Spell from the Command Zone only while you control your Oathbreaker.
If it would go anywhere else (graveyard, hand, library, exile), it must return to the Command Zone. This replacement effect takes priority over others (e.g., Buyback).
Each time you cast it from the Command Zone after the first, it costs an additional (2).
References: Any rule or effect that refers to your "Commander" refers to your "Oathbreaker" instead.
