Can I enter the venue even if I have not purchased a participation package?
All attendees are welcome to enter the venue on the day of the event.
You may use the sales and purchase booths;however, participation in Main and Side events is strictly limited to Registration Package holders.
Please note that in the event of overcrowding, entry may be restricted for those without a Registration Package to prioritize participating players.

Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, you are free to enter and exit the venue as you please.
However, during peak hours or for security purposes, we may check your entry pass upon re-entry.

Is eating or drinking allowed inside the venue?
Eating is permitted only in designated dining areas. Please refrain from strong-smelling foods.
Only beverages in sealed containers are allowed. Alcohol consumption is prohibited. Guests under the influence of alcohol may be denied entry or asked to leave.

What payment methods are accepted on the day of the event?
Side-event packages may be purchased via cash, credit card, QR payment, or electronic payment.

Are same-day registration packages available?
Same-day registration will be available at the door, subject to availability.
Are On-demand Commander tickets available for purchase on-site?
Tickets are available for 1,000 JPY each (tax included, includes one random booster pack) exclusively for Registration Package holders.
Can I return or exchange package items and prizes?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you find any significant damage or missing items prior to opening, please do not open the product and notify a staff member immediately.

If I win a prize in the raffle, can I receive it at a location other than the venue?
Prizes can only be claimed at the venue on the day of the event. We do not offer shipping or off-site pickup. We appreciate your understanding.

For the pack-opening battle events（draft etc), will card sleeves and deck boxes be provided?
Card sleeves and deck boxes will not be provided for each event. However, basic land cards are available for rent.
