Q: I would like to participate in the main event. How should I proceed?
If you wish to participate in the main event, please ensure that you purchase the package corresponding to the format you intend to play in advance, and complete your deck registration on Melee.
Please note that each step has a separate deadline. For further details, kindly refer to the main event information page.
Q: Is it possible for someone to register on my behalf (purchase packages or submit decks)?
Please note that registrations on behalf of another participant are not permitted.
Q: Will event participation packages be sold on the day of the event?
Side event participation packages will be available for purchase on a rolling basis after the side event area opens.
Please note that some side events may require prior lottery registration.

Please note that participation packages for the Championship will not be sold on the day of the event.
Q: Can I enter the venue even if I have not purchased a participation package?
All attendees are welcome to enter the venue on the day of the event.
You may use the sales and purchase booths; however, without a participation package, you will not be able to participate in the Legacy or Vintage Championship.

Side events are expected to open progressively after the conclusion of the third round of Legacy preliminaries, around 1:00 PM on Saturday, the 13th.
Q: Can I return or exchange the package or any of its included items?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted as a general rule. If you notice significant damage or missing items before opening the package, please do not open it and contact event staff immediately.
Q: I encountered an error during the package purchase process. What should I do?
Errors may occur if the screen is navigated away during payment. Please wait a short time and try again. If the issue persists, contact us via the inquiry form.
Q: Can one person purchase multiple packages?
Multiple purchases of the same package are not permitted. If multiple purchases are detected, all but one will be cancelled.
Q: Is eating or drinking allowed inside the venue?
Eating is permitted only in designated dining areas. Please refrain from strong-smelling foods. Only beverages in sealed containers are allowed.
Alcohol consumption is prohibited. Guests under the influence of alcohol may be denied entry or asked to leave.
Q: What payment methods are accepted on the day of the event?
Side-event packages may be purchased via cash, credit card, QR payment, or electronic payment. Payment methods at vendor booths vary; please check with each vendor.
Q: May I promote my circle or distribute materials inside the venue?
Promotional activities and distribution of materials are prohibited.
Q: Where can I apply for trade permission?
Please apply at the Information Desk near the venue entrance.
Q: Can children enter the venue without an accompanying adult?
Children of junior-high-school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian. Those in high school or older may enter without a guardian but must have parental consent.
Q: Is photography or livestreaming allowed inside the venue?
Photography and livestreaming are permitted, provided you are considerate of others. Staff may request relocation or suspension of filming depending on circumstances.
Q: Is parking available?
Paid parking is available at the venue. Please see the official website for details.

Q: Will free play be available at the venue on the day of the event?
Free-play space will be available after 1:00 PM on Saturday the 13th. You may be asked to vacate the area for scheduled events. Monetary transactions and organized meet-ups are not permitted.
Q: Is there a cloakroom or baggage check service?
A paid cloakroom service will be available on the day of the event (subject to change).
Q: For sealed events such as Draft or Sealed Deck, will sleeves or deck cases be provided?
Sleeves and deck cases will not be provided. Basic lands are available for loan. Supplies may be purchased on-site, but quantities are limited.
Q: Could you explain the deck registration process?
Deck registration for the Championship will be done via Melee
The submission deadline is Friday, December 12 at 22:00. After purchasing a package, you must link your registered email. Please refer to the following guide for details.
Q: How can I cancel my registration?
Please review the cancellation policy for each event and submit your request via the inquiry form.
Q: How can I confirm that my event registration was successful?
You may check your registration via your Hareruya My Page under “Registered Events.” If you do not see your entry, please contact us.
Q: What happens if I am late for the event check-in time?
Late arrivals will receive a Round 1 loss. Failure to check in by the end of Round 1 will result in automatic withdrawal.
Q: Can I choose the language of the booster packs included in the participation prize?
Participation packs and event product will generally be in Japanese.
Q: Is trading allowed inside the venue?
Yes, it is possible. Please comply with the following trading regulations:

Trading is only permitted for individuals who have applied in advance and received permission.

If you wish to trade, please visit the Customer Service counter.

While trading, please display your permission badge in a location visible to event staff.

Trading is permitted only between individuals who possess a valid permission badge.

Trading for cards to be used in decks or for personal collection purposes is permitted.

Trading primarily for the purpose of gaining profit is strictly prohibited.

During a trade, referencing third-party card prices, or using numerical values or tools to assess card worth is considered trading for profit and is prohibited.

Trading while referencing a calculator or smartphone is considered trading for profit and is prohibited.

Any announcement or establishment of a trading area by a company or store within the venue is considered trading for profit and is prohibited. The sales booths sanctioned by this event are the only exception.

Buying or selling cards outside of the designated sales booths is prohibited.

Trading is permitted only at tables in the designated Play Area. Trading in hallways, eating/drinking spaces, or public areas around the venue is prohibited.

Even while trading, if the Play Area table is needed for an official event, you must promptly move to a different location.

If any malicious trading behavior is observed, you will be permanently banned from all future Hareruya-hosted events.

Permission may be revoked if prohibited activities are repeated.

If you lend or transfer the temporary trading permission badge, which is proof of your permission, to another person, you will be escorted out of the event venue.

The trading permission badge must be returned at the end of the event.

Furthermore, you must adhere to all decisions made by our staff or judges.
Q: Can I sell cards at the booth?
Card buy-backs are available only at booths licensed to operate under second-hand dealer regulations.
Q: Are prizes won at the event eligible for sale at the buyer booth inside the venue?
Prizes won at the event may not be sold or submitted for buy-back within the venue.
