Can I enter the venue without buying an Event Package?
Admission to the venue is open to everyone on the day of the event.
You are free to use the booths; however, a Participation Package is required to join main/side events and artist autograph sessions.

Can I leave and re-enter the venue during the event?
Yes, you can enter and leave freely.
When the venue is crowded, staff may check your Entry Pass upon re-entry, so please make sure to keep it with you.

Can I eat or drink inside the venue?
Eating is not allowed inside the venue. Drinks are permitted only if they are in resealable containers (such as water bottles or plastic bottles with caps).

What payment methods are accepted at the event?
For event tickets and some side events, you can pay by credit card, QR code, electronic money, or cash.

Can I register on the day of the event?
Yes. If Event Packages are not sold out, you can register at the event on that day.
Can I buy On-Demand Event Tickets at the venue?
They are available exclusively to customers who have purchased a Participation Package, priced at ¥1,000 each (tax included, includes 1 random booster pack).
Can I return or exchange package items or prizes?
Generally, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
