Membership Terms and Conditions
1 - Member
1.1. "Member" meaning an individual who applies for admission after agreeing to the Terms and Conditions in accordance with the procedures established by Hareruya.
1.2. “Member Information” meaning information on the member's attributes that the member has disclosed to the company, and information regarding the member's transaction history, etc.
1.3. These terms and conditions apply to all members and the terms and conditions will follow during and after registration.
2 - Registration
2.1. Membership Qualification
Customers agreeing to these terms and conditions and applying for membership will be eligible as members after completing the prescribed registration procedures.
The registration procedure should be conducted by the applying member on its own.
Registration by another person is not permitted at all.
In addition, applications from those who have been revoked their membership status in the past, or other applications from which we believe that our company is not suitable may be refused.
2.2. Registering Member Information

2.3. Password Management
(1) The password can be used only by the registered member, and cannot be transferred or lent to any third party.
(2) The member himself/herself should manage with responsibility, such as changing the password regularly so that others do not know.
(3) Indication of intention made to us using a password is considered as a member's decision. All activities made by using the member's password is held responsible to the member.
3 - Change
3.1. Members shall promptly contact the Company if there is a change in matters reported to the Company, such as their name and address.
3.2. Regarding the damage caused by not making the change registration, We do not take any responsibility.
Also, please note that even if you register for change, the transaction that has already been completed before registration for change will use the information before registration for change.
4 - Withdraw
When the member requests to withdraw from the membership, the member himself/herself will need to withdraw from the membership. After the prescribed withdrawal procedure, you will be unsubscribed.
5 - Disqualification of membership and the obligation to compensate
5.1. When a member makes a false declaration at the time of application for membership qualification, or if he/she does not pay for payment when using by mail order, or if there is any other reason that we deem inappropriate as a member, our company can cancel the membership qualification at any time.
5.2. If the member performs the following acts, he/she will be liable for the damages that the company received.
(1) Improper use of membership number and password
(2) To disturb our sales by accessing our website and falsifying information or sending harmful computer programs to this website etc.
(3) Acts to infringe intellectual property rights on products handled by us.
(4) Other acts that are contrary to these terms and conditions.
6 - Handling of Member Information

When using our service, members are prohibited from performing the following actions.

10.3. We do not take any responsibility for any damage caused by the member's breach of the terms, etc.
11 - Revision of the Terms

If a dispute arises in relation to these terms, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the company's head office will be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first trial.
