■Notes [Precautions when participating in the event]
This event will be a Commander event using the "Commander Bracket (Beta)".
The bracket to be used will be "Bracket 5: CEDH".
This bracket is designed for an extreme game experience with unlimited high-power cards, easy combos, land denial, and game-changer cards.
Game-changer cards: All are allowed except for banned cards.
Infinite combos that can be achieved with two cards: Unlimited.
Cards that severely restrict land abilities or prevent the use of lands themselves: Unlimited, all are allowed except for banned cards.
Cards that grant extra turns: Unlimited, all are allowed except for banned cards.
○Registration
Please come to the event counter during the registration time. If you have made a pre-registration, please come to the event counter during the registration time.
○Deck registration
Those who advance to the Top 4 will need to register their deck on the day of the event. Pre-registration is also possible. Please register via "Deck Registration" at the bottom of this page or "Tournament Deck Registration" on your My Page.
○Event Structure
Four rounds will be held using the Commander Point system, with the top four players advancing to the final.
Each participant will be initially awarded 1,000 points. The loser of each match will lose 7% of their points. The winner will receive points equal to the total points lost by the losers (rounded up to the nearest whole number). In 3-player matches, the winner will receive points equivalent to the loss of the fourth player.
○Time Limit The time limit for each round, excluding the final, is 60 minutes. The game ends when the time limit expires. However, if there is a player who can win before the stack runs out, the game will continue until the stack runs out or 10 minutes have passed.
○Pairings Four rounds will be held with random pairings, and the top four players with the most points will advance to the final. Matches will generally be played with four players, but there may be 3-player matches. Points held and win/loss results will remain confidential until the end of the 4th round.
〇Regarding the first turn player (turn order)
The player in seat A of the announced match pairings will be the first turn player, and turns will proceed in the order of players A, B, C, and D.
In the final round, players will be able to choose their seats (turn order) in order of their ranking in the qualifying rounds.
○Minimum number of participants
This tournament will be held if there are 10 or more participants.
If there are 3 to 9 participants, it will be held as GachiKoma! No Mercy Commander (a 2-round event with a participation fee of 500 yen).
○Joining midway
Participation midway will be accepted until the start of the 2nd round. In this case, a 500 yen discount will be applied to the participation fee. The 1st round will be forfeited.
○Leaving midway
You can leave midway at any time. Re-entry will not be permitted.
〇 Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive a 50% discount on participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. This event costs 500 yen. Please inform the staff at the event registration.

〇 Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age receive free participation in all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student ID to the staff at the event registration.

If you participate in this tournament, such as placing in the top 4, you may appear in photos, videos, and other media.
