■General Information
○Event Format
The event will consist of three rounds of Swiss-style play, regardless of the number of participants. Each round has a 50-minute time limit.
○On-the-Day Registration
If you are registering on the day of the event, please visit the event registration counter during the designated registration times.
○Minimum Participants
This tournament will be held only if there are at least four participants.
○Late Entry
Late entry is permitted until the start of the second round (no participation prize awarded).
Late entrants will receive a loss for the first round. Depending on the circumstances, late entrants may also receive a bye (automatic win) for subsequent rounds.
○Early Departure
You may leave the event at any time. Please use the Magic Companion app to drop from the tournament. If you are unable to do so, please visit the event registration counter. Re-entry is not permitted.
○Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive a 50% discount on entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. The entry fee for this event is 300 yen. Please inform the staff when registering.
*Cannot be combined with other discounts. *Amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded up.
○Free Entry for High School Students and Younger
Players of high school age or younger receive free entry to all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student ID to the staff when registering.

○Important Notes
Please be aware that participants may appear in photos, videos, or other media coverage of the event.
