■General Information
〇Registration
Registration is first-come, first-served. Registration will close once the event reaches capacity.
○Minimum Participants
The event requires a minimum of 8 participants to proceed. If there are between 3 and 7 participants, the tournament format will be modified.
In such cases, the event will be held as a 3-round tournament with a 500-yen entry fee, and prizes will be awarded as follows:
・3-0 record: 2,000 pts
・2-X record: 1,000 pts
〇Late Entry
Late entry is permitted until the start of Round 2.
In this case, the entry fee is discounted by 500 yen, and the player receives a loss for Round 1.
○Dropping Out
Players may drop out at any time.
Please use the Magic Companion app to drop from the event. If you are unable to do so, please visit the event registration counter. Re-entry is not permitted.
〇Number of Rounds
The event consists of Swiss rounds based on the number of participants, followed by a single-elimination phase for the top-performing players.
8 players: 3 Swiss rounds only; no single-elimination phase.
9–16 players: 5 Swiss rounds + Top 4 single-elimination (2 rounds).
17–32 players: 5 Swiss rounds + Top 8 single-elimination (3 rounds).
〇To Players Advancing to the Single-Elimination Phase
Players advancing to the single-elimination phase must register their decklists online via the link at the bottom of the event page.
Decklists must be registered by 23:59 on the day of the event. We recommend submitting your decklist in advance, such as between rounds or before the single-elimination phase begins.
〇 Regarding payment interruptions during advance registration
If the process is interrupted midway, the registration button will temporarily disappear; however, it will become available again after a certain period without any action required on your part.
Please contact us if the registration button does not reappear after 30 minutes. *The registration button will not be displayed outside the registration period or if the event is sold out.
〇 Half-price discount for women
Female players receive a 50% discount on entry fees for all events organized by Hareruya. If the calculation results in an odd amount (such as 50 yen), the fee is rounded up to the nearest 100 yen. Please inform the staff at the event reception desk.
Examples
Event with a standard entry fee of 500 yen: 300 yen
Event with a standard entry fee of 1,000 yen: 500 yen
Event with a standard entry fee of 1,500 yen: 800 yen
Event with a standard entry fee of 2,000 yen: 1,000 yen

〇 Free entry for high school students and younger
Players of high school age or younger receive free entry to all events organized by Hareruya. Please present your student ID card to the staff at the event reception desk.

Please be aware that participants in this tournament may appear in photographs, videos, or other media coverage.
