■General Information
○Event Structure
Regardless of the number of participants, a Swiss-system tournament will be held for 3 rounds. The time limit for each round is 50 minutes.
The rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held after the 3rd round.
○Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.
○Joining Mid-Tournament
Participation is accepted until the start of the 2nd round. In this case, the 1st round will be forfeited. Participants joining mid-tournament may also be forfeited for the remaining matches.
○Leaving Mid-Tournament
You can leave at any time. Please withdraw using the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. Re-entry will not be permitted.
○Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive a 50% discount on participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff when you register for the event.
※This discount cannot be combined with other discounts. *Amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded up.
〇Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger can participate in all events hosted by Hareruya for free. Please show your student ID to the staff when registering for the event.
