■General Information
○ Event Format
A three-round Swiss-style tournament will be held regardless of the number of participants. The time limit for each round is 50 minutes.
○ On-Site Registration
If you plan to register on the day of the event, please come to the event registration counter during the registration hours listed above.
○ Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held if there are four or more participants.
○ Late Registration
Late registration will be accepted until the start of Round 2. In this case, you will forfeit Round 1. Late registrants may also forfeit their remaining matches.
If participants who have pre-registered and paid do not check in during the designated registration hours, we may accept on-site registrations or late registrants. If this results in the event reaching capacity, pre-registered participants will not be able to join late.
○ Leaving the Event Early
You may leave the event at any time. Please use the Magic Companion app to submit your withdrawal. If you are unable to do so via the app, please visit the event registration counter. We cannot allow you to rejoin the event. If you leave early, you will also be unable to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
○ Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive a 50% discount on participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please inform a staff member at the event registration desk.

Players in high school or younger are eligible for free admission to all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student ID to staff at the event registration desk.
