■General Information
〇Registration
Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once the event reaches capacity.
If advance reservations are available, please consider using that option.
○Minimum Participants
The event requires a minimum of 8 participants. If there are between 3 and 7 participants, the tournament format will change.
In that case, the event will be held as a 3-round tournament with a 500-yen entry fee, and prizes will be awarded as follows:
・3-0 record: 2,000 pts
・2-X record: 1,000 pts
〇Late Entry
Late entry is permitted until the start of Round 2.
In this case, the entry fee is discounted by 500 yen, and the player receives a bye loss for Round 1.
○Dropping Out
You may drop out of the event at any time.
Please use the Magic Companion app to drop. If you are unable to do so, please visit the event registration counter. Re-entry is not permitted.
〇Number of Rounds
Swiss rounds based on the number of participants will be followed by a single-elimination stage for the top-performing players.
8 players: 3 Swiss rounds only; no single-elimination stage.
9–16 players: 5 Swiss rounds + Top 4 single-elimination (2 rounds).
17–32 players: 5 Swiss rounds + Top 8 single-elimination (3 rounds).
〇To Players Advancing to the Single-Elimination Stage
If you advance to the single-elimination stage, please register your decklist online via the link at the bottom of the event page.
Decklists must be registered by 23:59 on the day of the event. We recommend submitting your decklist in advance, such as between rounds or before the single-elimination stage begins.
〇 Regarding payment interruptions during advance registration
If the process is interrupted midway, the registration button will temporarily disappear; however, it will become available again after a certain period without any action required on your part.
Please contact us if the registration button does not reappear after 30 minutes. *The registration button will not be displayed outside the registration period or if the event is sold out.
〇 Half-price discount for women
Female players receive a 50% discount on entry fees for all events organized by Hareruya. If the calculation results in an odd amount (such as 50 yen), the fee is rounded up to the nearest 100 yen. Please inform the staff at the event reception desk.

Event with a standard entry fee of 500 yen: 300 yen
Event with a standard entry fee of 1,000 yen: 500 yen
Event with a standard entry fee of 1,500 yen: 800 yen
Event with a standard entry fee of 2,000 yen: 1,000 yen

〇 Free entry for high school students and younger
Players of high school age or younger receive free entry to all events organized by Hareruya. Please present your student ID card to the staff at the event reception desk.

Please be aware that participants in this tournament may appear in photographs, videos, or other media coverage.
