■General Information
〇 New School Rules
The usable cards are those included in ""Eighth Edition"" to ""Core Set 2013"". (The use of cards with the same name is allowed.)
The basic rules (such as mulligan) are the same as they are now, but the following points are the same as the rules at the time.
① Mana burn exists.
② Combat damage goes on the stack.
③ ""Out-of-game"" cards such as Burning Wish include the exile zone.
④ Regardless of the controller, only one legendary permanent with the same name can enter the battlefield. Also, if two or more legendary permanents with the same name enter the battlefield at the same time, none of them can remain on the battlefield and all are put into the graveyard.
⑤ Regardless of the controller, only one planeswalker of the same planeswalker type can enter the battlefield. Also, if two or more planeswalkers of the same planeswalker type enter the battlefield at the same time, none of them can remain on the battlefield and all are put into the graveyard.

Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that registration will close once the number of participants for any other events running at the same time reaches the limit.
The capacity is the total number of participants for tournaments held at the same time.
The tournament will be considered valid if there are 3 or more participants.
○ Deck Registration
Players who win 3 matches are required to register their decks on the day of the tournament. Pre-registration is also possible. Please register via ""Deck Registration"" at the bottom of this page or ""Tournament Deck Registration"" on your My Page.
○ Mid-Tournament Participation
Participation is accepted until the start of the second round. The first round will be forfeited. Participants who join mid-tournament may also receive forfeits for the remaining matches.
○ Mid-Tournament Departure
You can leave at any time. Re-entry is not permitted.
○ Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive a 50% discount on participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please inform the staff when registering for the event.
*This discount cannot be combined with other discounts. For some events, such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), a discount will be applied to the entry fee excluding the cost of packs. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a 500 yen entry fee, 300 yen will be charged.
○ Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age can participate in all Hareruya-sponsored events for free. Please present your student ID to staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be combined with other discounts. For some events, such as Sealed, a discount will be applied to the entry fee excluding the cost of packs. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event where the cost of packs is 2,970 yen, 3,000 yen will be charged.
○ Other
If you participate in this tournament, you may appear in photos, videos, and other media when the event is successfully held.
