■General Information
○Event Structure
This event will be a BO1 (Best of 1) format. (The winner will be determined by the first player to win one game.) Regardless of the number of participants, a Swiss-system tournament will be held for 3 rounds. The time limit for each round is 30 minutes.
A rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held after the 3rd round.
The rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held twice. The first time will be for all participants in the 3rd round, and the second time will be for everyone except those who won the first round.
○Advance Reservation
Advance reservations will be accepted during the period below. Please proceed from the "Application" button at the bottom of this page.
(※If you interrupt the process, the "Cancel Application" message will disappear after a while, and you will be able to make a reservation again. If the application button does not appear after 30 minutes, please contact us. ※The application button will not be displayed outside the period or when sold out.)
On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the above reception hours and check in.
○On-the-day registration
Those wishing to register on the day should come to the event registration counter during the above registration time.
*If the capacity is filled by advance reservations, on-the-day registrations will be placed on a waiting list. If you wish to participate for sure, please make an advance reservation.

○Minimum number of participants
This tournament will be held if there are 3 or more participants.
○Joining mid-tournament
If there is still capacity available, we will accept mid-tournament entries until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 300 yen and the first round will be a forfeit. Mid-tournament participants may also receive forfeit wins in the remaining matches.
○Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive a 50% discount on the participation fee for all events hosted by Hareruya. This event costs 300 yen to participate. Please inform the staff at the event reception.

○Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger can participate in all events hosted by Hareruya for free. Please show your student ID to the staff at the event reception.

○Leaving midway
You can leave midway at any time. Please withdraw using the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. We cannot accept your re-entry. If you leave midway, you will not be able to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
○About the waiting list and on-the-day registration
On-the-day registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if the number of people wishing to register on the day exceeds the capacity at the start of registration, a lottery will be held at that time.
If the maximum number of participants is reached through advance reservations or during the registration period, subsequent registrations will be placed on a waiting list.

If you participate in this event, you may appear in photographs, videos, and other media.
