Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event.
A minimum of 3 participants is required for the event to proceed.
The basic setup is 4-player tables, divided into 3-5 players depending on the number of participants.
A total of 2 games will be played, with table rearrangement between games.
Each game is 60 minutes long.
If the game does not end within the time limit, it will continue until the stack is empty or 10 minutes have passed. If it still does not end, the player with the most life (if there are multiple winners, the player seated furthest back) is declared the winner.
Once a winner is determined, the participants at the table should decide on the 'Democratic Winner Award' for this game.
Decks can be changed in each round.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Furthermore, registration for ongoing events will close once the number of participants reaches the seating limit.
