■General Information
Let's have a full day of fun in Commander battles!
■Items to bring
Ballpoint pen, scissors
These will be used to fill out and tear out the sheets used for matching and the raffle.
We can lend them out, but we would appreciate your cooperation in helping to run the event smoothly.
■How to use the matching sheet
・After your match is over, please check that your opponent's Commander has been filled out.
・You can also use it to keep track of the Commanders your opponent has already battled. Please use it as a reference when choosing your deck.
■Matching for the first round will be done by event staff.
For the second round and beyond, once two or more tables become available, we will shuffle the members waiting to be matched and create new tables.
Depending on the availability of tables, it may take some time until the next match.
We will prioritize matching players who have completed new registration at the following times.
・15:00, 16:00, 17:00
■Schedule
13:30 - Opening Ceremony (Event Explanation)
14:00 - Matches Begin
17:00 - Raffle
The above schedule is tentative. There may be slight changes depending on the situation on the day.
If you are not in the store when the table is created, the match will start with the remaining members.
Please note that once a match has started, you will not be able to participate in the game until the next match.
■Notes
We will prepare tables for "Bracket 2," "Bracket 3," and "Bracket 4."
If you end up with a mix of players from different brackets, please participate while being mindful of the expectations in each bracket.
〇Participation Fee
The participation fee will be collected when you participate in your first match. Subsequent matches are free.
〇 Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive a 50% discount on participation fees at all events hosted by Hareruya. This event costs 500 yen. Please inform the staff at the event reception.
〇 Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age are exempt from participation fees at all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student ID to the staff at the event reception.
〇 Regarding Reservations
*If the process is interrupted, the application button will temporarily disappear, but it will become available again after a certain period of time without any action required.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the period or when sold out.
〇 Regarding On-the-Day Participation
If there are available reservation slots, on-the-day participation is possible.
If you wish to participate, please follow the instructions of the staff on the day.
〇 Notes
・Please avoid situations where you only have decks for Bracket 4 and Bracket 5.
