■General Information
This event is a special 3-on-1 Commander format.
One player takes on the role of ""Loki, God of Mischief,"" and that player can use ""Loki's Mischief,"" which brings various benefits.
The other three players cooperate as the Hero Team to confront ""Loki, God of Mischief.""
■Each team starts the game with 60 life points (the Hero Team has 60 life points as a whole).
■The Loki player goes first.
■At the start of their first main phase, the Loki player places a mischief counter on an unselected item on the ""Loki's Mischief Sheet"" (each item can have up to 1 mischief counter).
Items with mischief counters trigger their abilities.
• Time Scheme — Remove all mischief counters from all ""Loki's Mischief"" (including this one).
• Magnificent Illusion — Create three 3/3 blue Illusion creature tokens.
• King of Disorder—Target creature you control. Until end of turn, all other creatures you control become copies of it, except they are not legendary.
• Selective Chaos—For each opponent, target up to one artifact or enchantment that that player controls. Destroy them.
• Arcane Deception—Spells you cast this turn cost 1 less.
• Unleashed Evil—Target opponent. Destroy all creatures that player controls.
• Chaos Agent—For each opponent, target up to one creature that player controls. Gain control of those creatures until end of turn. Untap those creatures. Until end of turn, they become villains in addition to their other types and gain haste.
• Phantasmal Zone—Reveal the top three cards of your library. Put all revealed land cards onto the battlefield, and put the rest into your hand.
• Schemer's Insight — Draw five cards. Then discard two cards unless you discard an instant or sorcery card.
• Whimsical Weaver — Tap all creatures your opponents control and put a paralysis counter on them. (If a permanent with a paralysis counter on it would untap, remove one paralysis counter from it instead.)
■The Hero Team shares turns.
Example: When designating attacking creatures, the entire team designates them simultaneously.
■Effects that affect ""each player"" or ""each opponent"" affect each player on the Hero Team.
Example: If 3 damage is dealt to each player, Loki (1 player) takes 3 damage, and the Hero Team (3 players) takes a total of 9 damage.
■When Loki attacks, each creature attacks any player or planeswalker on the Hero Team.
The Hero Team can block the attack even if they are not the target.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that registration will close once the number of participants for events running at the same time reaches the limit.
The tournament will be considered valid with 3 or more participants.
The limit is the total number of participants for tournaments held at the same time.
The time limit for one round is 60 minutes.
If the game is not decided after the time limit, that turn will be considered turn 0, and additional turns will be played equal to the number of players participating in the game (excluding those who have been eliminated due to defeat or leaving the game).
If the game is not decided after all additional turns have been completed, or after the time limit for the overtime turn (3 minutes) has expired, the player with the most life points will be declared the winner.
A one round will be held.
