○Event Structure
Regardless of the number of participants, a 3-round Swiss-system tournament will be held. Each round has a time limit of 50 minutes.
A rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held after the 3rd round.
The rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held twice. The first time, all participants in the 3rd round will be involved, and the second time, all participants except those who won the first round will be involved.
○Advance Reservation
Advance reservations will be accepted during the period below. Please proceed from the ""Application"" link at the bottom of this page.
(※If you interrupt the process midway, the ""Cancellation Request"" display will disappear after a while, and you will be able to make a reservation again. If the application button does not appear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. ※The application button will not be displayed outside the period or when sold out.)
On the day, please come to the event reception counter during the above reception hours and check in.
○On-the-day registration
Those who wish to register on the day should come to the event reception counter during the above reception hours.
※If the capacity is filled with advance reservations, on-the-day registrations will be placed on a waiting list. If you wish to participate for sure, please make an advance reservation.

○Minimum number of participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.
○Joining midway
If there is still capacity, we will accept midway participants until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 300 yen, and the first round will be a forfeit. Those joining midway may also receive forfeits in the remaining matches.
If someone who has paid in advance does not register within the registration time, we may accept on-the-day registrations or those wishing to join midway. If there are no vacancies as a result, those who have made advance reservations will not be able to join midway.
〇 Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive a 50% discount on participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. This event costs 300 yen. Please inform the staff at the event registration.

〇 Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age are free to participate in all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student ID to the staff at the event registration.

○ Early Departure
You can leave at any time. Please withdraw from the event using the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. Re-entry will not be permitted. If you leave midway through the event, you will also be ineligible to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
○Regarding the waiting list and on-site registration
On-site registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if the number of on-site registration applicants exceeds the capacity at the start of registration, a lottery will be held at that time.
If the capacity is reached through advance reservations or during registration hours, subsequent registrations will be placed on a waiting list.
○Notes
