■General Information
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that registration will close once the number of participants for events running at the same time reaches the limit.
The limit is the total number of participants for tournaments held at the same time.
The tournament will be held if there are 8 or more participants.
After Swiss rounds according to the number of participants, a single-elimination round will be held for the top players.
*The first and second players in the single-elimination round will be chosen by the top players in the Swiss rounds.
○Deck Registration
Those who advance to the single-elimination round are required to register their decks. Pre-registration is also possible. Please register via ""Deck Registration"" at the bottom of this page or ""Tournament Deck Registration"" on My Page.
○Mid-Tournament Participation
If there is still room in the tournament, mid-tournament participation will be accepted until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 500 yen and the first round will be a forfeit. Mid-tournament participants may also receive forfeit wins in their remaining matches.
If those who have made a reservation and paid in advance do not register within the registration time, we may accept on-the-day registrations or those wishing to join midway. If there are no vacancies as a result, those who made a reservation in advance will not be able to join midway.
○ Leaving midway
You can leave midway at any time. We cannot accept re-entry.
○ Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive a 50% discount on the participation fee for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please inform the staff when registering for the event.
*This discount cannot be combined with other discounts. For some events such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), the discount will be applied to the participation fee excluding the pack cost. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a participation fee of 500 yen, we will charge 300 yen.
○ Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger will receive free participation in all events hosted by Hareruya. Please show your student ID to the staff when registering for the event.
*This discount cannot be combined with other discounts. For some events, such as Sealed, the discount will be applied to the participation fee excluding the pack cost. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, in an event where the pack cost is 2,970 yen, we will charge 3,000 yen.
○Other
If you participate in this tournament, such as placing in the top 8, you may appear in photos, videos, and other media.
