    Most Logins Award / Rock-Paper-Scissors Victory Award:
    At the Commander Exchange Meeting awards ceremony, a ""Special Playmat"" featuring a key visual drawn by Kawasumi will be awarded to the person with the most login days and the winner of the rock-paper-scissors tournament, one each.
    The awards ceremony is scheduled for September 6th, 2026 (Sunday) at 7:00 PM.

    [Notes for Participating in the Event] This event will be a Commander event using the ""Commander Bracket (Beta)"". The bracket to be used will be ""Bracket 4: Optimized"". The goal is to create an optimized deck for your chosen commander. There are no restrictions on the use of game-changer cards. Please refer to the image below for details on brackets and game-changer cards.

    [Tournament Overview] Two rounds will be played, each with a time limit of 60 minutes. The recommended bracket is 4. Please check here for details on brackets. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Also, registration will close once the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the seating capacity. If the game does not finish within the time limit, the game will continue until the stack is empty or 10 minutes have passed. If it still does not finish, the player with the most lives (if there are multiple players, the player with the most lives at the back of the table) is the winner.
