'Summer Sun's Zenith' is confirmed!
Similar to THE LAST SUN, this is an invitation-only event where only players who have won the nationwide qualifiers or achieved outstanding results can participate.
The inaugural format will be Pioneer!
The main tournament will be held at TC Tokyo in August; please stay tuned for further details.
This event features a 4-round Swiss-system tournament plus a conditional final round, making it an accessible yet competitive event. Enjoy the raffle as well.
○Advance Reservation
There are reservation benefits. Please register via the "Apply" button at the bottom of this page during the period below. On the day of the event, please register at the event reception counter during the above reception hours.
(*If you interrupt the process, a "Cancel Request" button will appear and you will be unable to make a reservation for a certain period of time. However, it will disappear after a while and you will be able to make a reservation again. If the request button does not appear after 30 minutes, please contact us. *The request button will not be displayed outside the period or when tickets are sold out.)
○On-site Registration
Please come to the event registration counter during the above registration time.
○Deck Registration
Those who achieve 3 or more wins are required to register their deck. You can also register your deck in advance. Please register via "Deck Registration" at the bottom of this page or "Tournament Deck Registration" on your My Page.
○Event Structure
A 4-round Swiss-system tournament will be held.
If there is only one undefeated player or no undefeated players, the 1st place player will qualify for the Summer Sun's Zenith main tournament.
If there are multiple undefeated players, a final match will be held between them, and the winner will qualify for the main tournament. However, if there is an odd number of undefeated players (e.g., 3 undefeated players), the first-place qualifier will automatically qualify for the main tournament without a final match, and the remaining undefeated players will compete in the final.
Example: If there are 3 undefeated players, the first-place qualifier will receive a bye and qualify for the main tournament. The second and third-place qualifiers will compete in a final, with the winner qualifying for the main tournament.
○ Multiple Qualifications
If a player who already has a main tournament qualification qualifies for the main tournament through the Summer Sun's Zenith Qualifier, they will receive a bye (BYE1) for the first round of the main tournament.
If a player with a BYE1 then qualifies for the main tournament again, they will be eligible to participate in the next Summer Sun's Zenith Qualifier or THE LAST SUN 2026 Qualifier held at our venue free of charge.
○ Minimum Number of Participants
The tournament will be held if there are 9 or more participants. If the number of participants falls below 9, the Summer Sun's Zenith Qualifier will be held in a modified format. Please check the link for details.
○Mid-Tournament Participation
If there are still openings, we will accept mid-tournament participants until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 500 yen, and the first round will be a forfeit. Mid-tournament participants may also receive forfeit wins in their remaining matches.
If those who have pre-registered and paid do not register within the registration time, we may accept on-the-day registrations or mid-tournament participants. If there are no openings as a result, those who pre-registered will not be able to participate mid-tournament.
