    *If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity at the end of the registration time, a drawing will be held to determine the number of participants.
    The first round will be fixed. The event will be held from 3 participants.
    Handouts will be distributed only when we run out of them.
    * ◆Brackets◆ will be checked at the beginning of the event.
    * If there is a large discrepancy between the declared Brackets and the contents of the deck, we may not be able to award the prizes.
