○Event Structure
The tournament will be a best-of-two (BO2) format with 3 rounds of Swiss-system tournament play, regardless of the number of participants.
Each round has a time limit of 30 minutes.

○About the Rock-Paper-Scissors Tournament
A rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held at the end of the 3rd round for those who have participated since the 1st round.

○Advance Reservation
Advance reservations will be accepted during the period below. Please proceed from the "Application" button at the bottom of this page.
(※If you interrupt the process, the "Cancel Application" message will disappear after a while, and you will be able to make a reservation again. If the application button does not appear after 30 minutes, please contact us. ※The application button will not be displayed outside the period or when sold out.)
On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the above reception hours and register your participation in the event.

○On-the-Day Registration
Those who wish to register on the day of the event should come to the event reception counter during the above reception hours.
(※Depending on the number of reservations, we may not accept on-the-day registrations. In this case, we will notify you on our Twitter account.)

○Deck Registration
Those who win all their matches are requested to register their decks on the day of the tournament. Deck registrations from other participants are also welcome. You can also register in advance. Please register via "Deck Registration" at the bottom of this page or "Tournament Deck Registration" on your My Page.

○Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.

○Mid-Tournament Participation
Mid-tournament participation is accepted until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 300 yen, and you will forfeit the first round. Mid-tournament participants may also forfeit their remaining matches.
The rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held for those who have participated from the first round. Please be aware of this in advance.

○ Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive a 50% discount on participation fees at all Hareruya-sponsored events. This event costs 300 yen. Please inform the staff at the event registration.
*Cannot be combined with other discounts.
*For some events such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), the discount applies to the participation fee excluding the pack cost.
*Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up.

○ Free for High School Students and Younger
High school students and younger receive free participation at all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID to the staff at the event registration.
*Cannot be combined with other discounts.
*For some events such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), the discount applies to the participation fee excluding the pack cost.
*Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up.

○ Early Departure
You can leave at any time. Please withdraw from the tournament using the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. Re-entry will not be permitted. If you leave midway through the tournament, you will also be ineligible to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.

○Notes
Participants in this tournament may appear in photographs, videos, and other media.
