■General Information
This is a fixed-format tournament consisting of three Swiss rounds.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The total capacity is determined by the combined number of participants from this tournament and any concurrent events.
The tournament will proceed with a minimum of three participants.
Late registration is permitted until the start of the second round (participants arriving after the first round begins will forfeit that round).
Prizes for players with three wins will be exchanged for their deck lists.
After the third round concludes, we will hold a rock-paper-scissors tournament, and the winner will receive a high-quality card usable within the format.
