■General Information
○Event Structure
Regardless of the number of participants, a 3-round Swiss-system tournament will be held. The time limit for each round is 50 minutes.
A rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held at the end of the 3rd round.
The rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held twice. The first time, everyone present at the end of the tournament will participate. The second time, everyone except those who won the first round will participate.
○On-the-Day Registration
Those wishing to register on the day should come to the event registration counter during the registration time listed above.
*If the capacity is reached through advance reservations, on-the-day registrations will be placed on a waiting list. If you wish to participate for sure, please make an advance reservation.

○Deck Registration
Those who win all their matches are requested to register their decks on the day of the event. Deck registrations from other participants are also welcome. You can also register in advance. Please register via ""Deck Registration"" at the bottom of this page or ""Tournament Deck Registration"" on your My Page.
○Minimum number of participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.
○Mid-tournament participation
If there are still spots available, mid-tournament participation will be accepted until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 300 yen and the first round will be a forfeit. Mid-tournament participants may also receive forfeit wins in the remaining matches.
○Half-price discount for women
Women receive a 50% discount on participation fees at all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff when registering for the event.

○Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger receive free participation at all events hosted by Hareruya. Please show your student ID to the staff when registering for the event.

○Leaving Midway
You can leave at any time. Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. We will not be able to accept your re-entry. If you leave midway, you will also not be able to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
○Waiting List and On-the-Day Registration
On-the-day registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if the number of on-the-day registration applicants exceeds the capacity at the start of registration, a lottery will be held at that time.
If the capacity is reached through advance reservations or during registration hours, subsequent registrations will be placed on a waiting list.
○Notes
If you participate in this tournament, you may appear in photos, videos, and other media.
This event is intended for casual competition, so please understand that the following people will be refused participation in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
- Those who leave midway through the game (those who cannot participate in all rounds)
- Those who are not trying to enjoy the game (those who concede immediately after the match begins, those who bring decks containing only 60 basic lands, etc.)
