  • ■General Information
    ○Regarding participation
    Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Please note that registration will close once the maximum number of participants for the event taking place at the same time is reached.
    The maximum number of participants includes those for the tournament held at the same time.
    You can join the event until the start of the second round.

    ○Minimum number of participants
    The event will be considered valid if there are 8 or more participants.

    ○Event Structure
    After Swiss rounds based on the number of participants, a single-elimination tournament will be held for the top players.
    Each Swiss round has a time limit of 50 minutes.
    *The first and second players in the single-elimination round will be chosen by the top players from the Swiss rounds.

    ○ Half-Price Discount for Women
    Female players receive a 50% discount on participation fees at all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please inform the staff at the event registration.
    *This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

    ○ Free for High School Students and Younger
    High school students and younger receive free participation at all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID to the staff at the event registration.
    *This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

    ○ Early Departure
    You can leave the tournament at any time. Please withdraw using the Magic Companion app.
    If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Re-entry will not be permitted.

    ○ Notes
    If you participate in this tournament, such as placing in the top 8, you may appear in photos, videos, and other media.
