    Event Structure

    This event will be BO3.

    3-round Swiss tournament regardless of participant numbers. Each round has a 50-minute time limit.

    After the third round, we'll hold rock-paper-scissors tournaments. These will be conducted twice: first with all participants from the third round, then with everyone except those who won in the first tournament.

    ○On-site Registration
    If you plan to register on the day of the event, please come to the event registration counter during the hours listed above.

    ○How to Participate
    Please visit the event registration counter during the registration hours listed above.

    ○Deck Registration
    We ask that players who have won all their matches register their decks by the end of the day. Please register via the “Deck Registration” link at the bottom of this page or through “Tournament Deck Registration” on your My Page.

    ○Minimum Number of Participants
    This event will take place if there are four or more participants.

    ○Late Registration
    If there are still spots available, we will accept late registrations until the start of the second round. In this case, the entry fee is 300 yen, and you will forfeit the first round. Late registrants may also be awarded by default for the remaining matches.

    〇50% Discount for Women
    Female players receive a 50% discount on entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff at the event registration desk.
    *This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

    〇Free for High School Students and Younger
    Players in high school or younger are eligible for free entry to all events hosted by Hareruya. Please show your student ID to staff at the event registration desk.
    *This offer cannot be combined with other discounts.

    ○Leaving Early
    You may leave the event at any time. Please use the Magic Companion app to indicate that you are withdrawing. If you are unable to do so, please visit the event registration counter. We cannot allow you to rejoin the event. If you leave early, you will also be unable to participate in the Rock-Paper-Scissors Tournament.


    ○Important Notice
    If you participate in this event, you may appear in photographs, videos, or other media.
