○ Event Format
Regardless of the number of participants, we will hold a three-round Swiss-style tournament. The time limit for each round is 50 minutes.
A rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held after the third round concludes.

○ On-Site Registration
If you plan to register on the day of the event, please come to the event registration counter during the hours listed above.
*If the event is fully booked due to advance reservations, on-site registrants will be placed on a waiting list. If you wish to ensure your participation, please make an advance reservation.

○ Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.

○ Late Registration
If there is still space available, we will accept late registrations until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee is 300 yen, and you will forfeit the first round. Late registrants may also receive byes for the remaining matches.

○ Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive a 50% discount on entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff at the event registration desk.
*This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

○ Free Admission for High School Students and Younger
Players in high school or younger are eligible for free admission to all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student ID to the staff at the event registration desk.

○ Leaving the Event Early
You may leave the event at any time. Please use the Magic Companion app to withdraw from the event. If you are unable to do so via the app, please visit the event registration counter. We cannot allow you to rejoin the event. If you leave early, you will also be unable to participate in the Rock-Paper-Scissors Tournament.

○ Waitlist and Same-Day Registration
Same-day registration is generally on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if the number of same-day registrants exceeds capacity at the start of registration, a lottery will be held at that time.
If capacity is reached through advance reservations or during registration hours, subsequent registrations will be placed on a waitlist.
