■General Information
○Registration
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the seating capacity.
If you wish to guarantee your participation, please use the advance reservation system.
○Capacity
The Kichijoji store's play space has 76 seats.
Advance reservations are available for this event.
The number of advance reservation slots may be adjusted depending on the usage of advance reservations.
○Minimum Number of Participants
The event will be held with a minimum of 8 participants. If the number of participants is less than 8 or 3 or more, the tournament format will change.
In that case, it will be held as a 3-round event with a participation fee of 500 yen, and the prizes will be:
・3-0: 2,000pt
・2-X: 1,000pt
The event will be held as such.
○Joining Mid-Game
You can join mid-game until the start of the second round.
In that case, a 500 yen discount will be applied to the participation fee, and you will forfeit your first match.
○Withdrawal
You can withdraw at any time.
Please withdraw using the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. We will not be able to accept your re-entry.
○Number of Matches
After Swiss rounds according to the number of participants, a single-elimination tournament will be held for the top performers from the Swiss rounds.
8 players: 3 rounds of Swiss rounds only. No single-elimination tournament will be held.
9-16 players: 5 rounds of Swiss draw + 2 rounds of Top 4 single-elimination tournament
17-32 players: 5 rounds of Swiss draw + 3 rounds of Top 8 single-elimination tournament
○To all players who have advanced to the final single-elimination tournament
Those who have advanced to the single-elimination tournament are requested to register their deck list online from the bottom of the event page.
Decklist registration is due by 23:59 on the day of the event. We recommend submitting it in advance, such as between rounds or before the start of single elimination.
〇Regarding interrupted payment when using advance reservation
If the process is interrupted midway, the application button will temporarily disappear, but you will be able to apply again after a certain period of time without doing anything.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the period or when sold out.
〇Half-price discount for women
Female players receive a 50% discount on participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 500 yen. Please inform the staff when registering for the event.
*Cannot be combined with other discounts. *Amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded up.
〇Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger receive free participation fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please show your student ID to the staff when registering for the event.
*This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
○Notes
If you participate in this event, you may appear in photographs, videos, and other media.
