■General Information
○Event Structure
Regardless of the number of participants, a 3-round Swiss-system tournament will be held. The time limit for each round is 50 minutes. There will be no overtime turns in this event.
A rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held after the 3rd round.
○Advance Reservation
Advance reservations will be accepted during the period below. Please proceed from the "Application" button at the bottom of this page.
(※If you interrupt the process, the "Cancel Application" display will disappear after a while, and you will be able to make a reservation again. If the application button does not appear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. ※The application button will not be displayed outside the period or when sold out.)
The first 8 people who make an advance reservation will receive one random standard-range promo pack.
Please take advantage of advance reservations.
On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the above reception hours and check in.
○On-the-Day Registration
On-the-day registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who wish to register on the day should come to the event reception counter during the above reception hours.
※If the capacity is filled with advance reservations, on-the-day registrations will be placed on a waiting list. If you wish to participate for sure, please make an advance reservation.
* How to Participate
Please come to the event registration counter during the above registration time. Please present your Hareruya membership code to the staff.
* Deck Registration
Those who win all their matches are requested to register their decks on the day of the event. Deck registrations from other participants are also welcome. You can also register in advance. Please register via "Deck Registration" at the bottom of this page or "Tournament Deck Registration" on your My Page.
* Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held if there are 4 or more participants.
* Joining Mid-Tournament
If there are still openings, we will accept mid-tournament entries until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 300 yen, and you will forfeit your first round match. Mid-tournament participants may also receive forfeits in their remaining matches.
* Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive a 50% discount on participation fees at all Hareruya-sponsored events. This event costs 300 yen for female players. Please inform the staff at the event registration.
*This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
○ Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age are exempt from participation fees at all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student ID to staff at the event registration.

○ Leaving Mid-Event
You may leave at any time. Please withdraw using the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Re-entry will not be permitted. If you leave mid-event, you will also be ineligible to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
○ Waiting List and On-Site Registration
On-site registration is generally on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if the number of on-site registration applicants exceeds the capacity at the start of registration, a lottery will be held at that time.
If the capacity is reached through advance reservations or during registration hours, subsequent registrations will be placed on a waiting list.
○ Important Notes
Participants in this tournament may appear in photographs, videos, and other media.
