■General Information
〇Registration Method
Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the seating limit.
〇Minimum Number of Participants
The event will be held with a minimum of 8 participants.
If the number of participants is less than 8, or 3 or more, the event will be held as a 3-round event with a participation fee of 500 yen.
The prizes in that case will be as follows:
・3-0: 2,000pt
・2-X: 1,000pt
There will be no change to the participation prize.
〇Joining Mid-Round
You can join mid-round until the start of the 2nd round. In that case, the participation fee will be discounted by 500 yen, and you will forfeit the 1st round.
If the event is held as a 3-round event, the participation fee for joining mid-round will be 300 yen.
〇Regarding interruptions in payment when using advance reservations
If the process is interrupted, the application button will temporarily disappear, but you will be able to apply again after a certain period of time without doing anything.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the period or when sold out.
○Leaving midway
You can leave midway at any time.
Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event reception counter. We will not be able to accept your re-participation.
〇Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive a 50% discount on participation fees at all events hosted by Hareruya. You can participate in this event for 300 yen. Please inform the staff at the event reception.
*This discount cannot be combined with other discounts. *Amounts less than 100 yen will be rounded up.
○ Free for high school students and younger
Players who are high school students or younger can participate in all events hosted by Hareruya free of charge. Please present your student ID to the staff at the event registration.

Participants in this tournament may appear in photographs, videos, and other media.
