○Event Format
Three Swiss rounds will be held regardless of the number of participants. Each round has a time limit of 30 minutes.
Sideboards will not be used in this event.
○Minimum Participants Required
This tournament will be held if there are 3 or more participants.
○ Late Arrival
Late arrivals will be accepted until the start of Round 2. In this case, Round 1 will be a forfeit loss. Late arrivals may also receive forfeit wins for remaining matches.
○ Early Departure
You may leave at any time. Please use the Magic Companion app to submit your withdrawal. If you cannot perform this action, please visit the event registration counter. We cannot accommodate re-entry.
〇 Half-Price Discount for Female Players
Female players receive a 50% discount on participation fees for all events hosted by Hareru-ya. Please inform staff at the event registration desk.
※ This discount cannot be combined with other discounts. ※ Amounts under 100 yen will be rounded up.
〇Free for High School Students and Younger
Players who are high school students or younger receive free participation in all events hosted by Hareru-ya. Please present your student ID to staff at event registration.
