○How to Participate
Please visit the event registration counter during the above registration hours.
Purchase a Commander Deck (pre-constructed deck) product sold at Hareruya's storefront or online store to participate.
You may add up to 20 cards of your choice to the initial deck.
However, your Commander must be one of the cards included in the initial 100-card deck. (You cannot add any cards from the ‘Banned and Restricted List’.)
※ You may use Commander Decks purchased in advance, not just those bought on the day.
※ If the event is popular, we may run out of stock at the store on the day.
○ Beginner-Friendly Event
This event is designed to be easy for those new to playing or who haven't played in a while to participate.
Participants should meet one or more of the following criteria:
・Those unfamiliar with matches or events
・Those feeling anxious about returning to events after a long break
・Those primarily using MTG Arena and unfamiliar with tabletop Magic
・Those who consider themselves beginners
If you or your friends are unsure whether you meet the eligibility criteria, please feel free to contact the store.
This event aims to help participants enjoy themselves while becoming accustomed to competitive play.
Experienced players are especially asked to be considerate of other participants.
Please note that we may decline participation if we determine it would be difficult for you to enjoy the event in line with its purpose.
〇 Event Structure: Tables will primarily seat 4 players, but may be divided into groups of 3 to 5 depending on attendance.
A total of 2 games will be played. Tables will be rearranged between games. This event is open to those wishing to play at the ‘Party’ game level.

Each game lasts 60 minutes.
If the game isn't finished within the time limit, the player with the most life points wins (if multiple players have the same amount, the player seated furthest back wins). However, if the player with the most life points could change before the stack is depleted, the game continues until the stack is depleted or 10 minutes have passed.
Once the winner is decided, the participants at the table should collectively decide the ‘Most Entertaining Player Award’ for that game.
You may change your deck for each game.
○ Required Items
Please bring your deck and any necessary items like dice for game play.
Having a smartphone capable of using the ‘Magic: The Gathering Companion’ app (details below) is helpful.
○ For First-Time Participants
Creating a Hareruya account and installing the smartphone app ‘Magic: The Gathering Companion’ with an account beforehand will make participation easier.
It can be used for push notifications of match table numbers, displaying life totals, registering match results, etc.
