■General Information
○Event Format
Three Swiss-style rounds will be held regardless of participant count. Each round has a time limit of 50 minutes.
○On-Site Registration
Participants registering on the day should come to the event registration counter during the above registration times.
○Minimum Participation Requirement
This tournament will be held if at least 4 participants register.
○Late Entry
Late entry is accepted until the start of Round 2. In this case, Round 1 will be considered a forfeit loss. Late entrants may also receive forfeit wins for remaining matches.
If a pre-registered and paid participant fails to complete registration during the registration period, we may accept walk-ins or late entries. If this results in no remaining slots, pre-registered participants will not be able to enter late.
○ Early Exit
You may exit at any time. Please use the Magic Companion app to withdraw. If you cannot perform this action, please visit the event registration counter. We cannot accommodate re-entry. If you exit early, you will also be unable to participate in the Rock-Paper-Scissors Tournament.
〇 Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive a 50% discount on participation fees for all events hosted by Hareru-ya. This event costs ¥300 to participate. Please inform staff at the event registration desk.

〇Free for High School Students and Younger
Players who are high school students or younger receive free admission to all events hosted by Hareru-ya. Please present your student ID to staff at event registration.
