■General Information
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that registration will close once the maximum number of participants for concurrent events is reached.
The maximum number of participants is the combined total of all tournaments being held at the same time.
A tournament is considered valid with a minimum of eight participants.
After a Swiss round based on the number of participants, a single-elimination format will be played for the top players.
*The top player in the Swiss round has the right to choose whether to play first or second in the single-elimination round.
○Deck Registration
Those who advance to the single-elimination round must register a deck. Pre-registration is also available. Please register at the bottom of this page or under ""Tournament Deck Registration"" on your My Page.
○Late Joining
Late joins are accepted up until the start of the second round. The first round will be a forfeit. Late joins may also receive a forfeit for the remaining matches.
○Late Leave
You may leave at any time. Re-joining is not permitted. Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please inform the staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), the discount will apply to the entry fee excluding the pack cost. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a 500 yen entry fee, the discount will be 300 yen.
Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age will receive free entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Sealed, the discount will apply to the entry fee excluding the pack cost. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a 2,970 yen pack cost, the discount will be 3,000 yen.
Other Information
If you participate in the tournament, such as if you make it into the Top 8, you may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise appear in media.
