○ Event Structure
After a Swiss round based on the number of participants, a single-elimination bracket will be held for the top players.
8-16 players: 4 rounds of Swiss draw + 1 round of Top 4 single-elimination matches.
17 or more players: 4 rounds of Swiss draw + a semifinal for the Top 13 players excluding the first-place player from the Swiss round. The final will then feature the top 3 winners and the first-place player from the Swiss round.
Each participant will be awarded 1,000 points at the start of the tournament. The loser of each match will lose 7% of their points. The winner will receive points equal to the total points lost by the losers. (Round up to the nearest whole number.) In a three-player match, the fourth player loses and the winner receives the points equivalent to the loss.
○ About the Time Limit
The time limit for Swiss rounds is 60 minutes. If a match is not completed within the time limit, the game will continue until the time limit expires and the stack is empty. The game ends as soon as the time limit expires. Single-elimination rounds have no time limit.
○ About the Pairings
Four rounds will be played randomly, and the top four players with the most points will advance to the finals. While matches are generally played by four players, there may be cases where the match is played by three players. Points and the results will not be disclosed until the end of the fourth round.
○ About the First Turn Player (Turn Order)
The player in seat A of the announced match pairing will be the first turn player, and turns will proceed in the order of A, B, C, and D.
