If the following conditions are met or reported, the relevant player's deck may be subject to scrutiny.
- If one winner is determined within four turns of the game
- If a participant reports any other issues regarding game content during or after the event
If, after review by staff, it is determined that the content is inappropriate for the event, the player may be denied continued participation in the event or entry into future tournaments.

The time limit for each match is 60 minutes.
If the game is not decided within the time limit, or if the stack is empty, the player with the highest life total wins.
If there are spells or abilities on the stack, the match continues until all spells or abilities are resolved or 10 minutes have passed. If the winner is still undecided, the player with the highest life total at that point wins.
Participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
As this is a flight-style event, registration will be accepted until the end of the event at 5:00 PM. Matches will begin as soon as four players wishing to play in the same format have gathered.
Participants can be accepted on the day of the event at any time during the event. In this case, matches will begin as soon as a table becomes available at a previously occupied table.
