    Event Information: "Foundations Plus One"
    We are pleased to introduce "Foundations Plus One," a casual and engaging deck construction format designed for all players to enjoy.
    Construction Rules
    To participate, please build your deck using cards from only the following two sources:
    The "Foundations" set.
    One additional set of your choice that has previously been part of the Standard format.
    Deck Requirements: Decks must contain at least 60 cards, with a sideboard of no more than 15 cards.
    Prohibited Cards: Please note that sets such as "Horizons," certain "Universes Beyond" sets, and "Commander" sets that did not pass through Standard are not permitted. Additionally, any cards previously banned in Standard are prohibited in this format.
    Event Structure
    Format: The event will consist of three Swiss rounds, regardless of the number of participants.
    Time Limit: Each round is 50 minutes.
    Minimum Participants: A minimum of four players is required to hold the event.
    Registration
    Pre-registration: We highly recommend pre-registering online via our website to secure your spot.
    On-the-day Registration: Same-day registration is available if space permits. In the event that capacity is exceeded, a lottery may be held to determine participants.
    Special Discounts
    We offer the following participation fee discounts for Hareruya-sponsored events:
    Female Players: Participation fee is half price.
    High School Students and Younger: Participation is free of charge (Please present a valid student ID at the counter).
