■General Information
○ Event Structure
Regardless of the number of participants, there will be three rounds of Swiss draw. Each round has a 50-minute time limit.
○ Minimum Participants
This tournament will be held with four or more participants.
○ Late Joining
Late joins are accepted up until the start of the second round. In this case, players will receive a bye for the first round. Late joiners may also receive byes for the remaining matches.
○ Late Leave
You can leave at any time. Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Rejoining is not permitted.
○ Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. This event costs ?300. Please inform the staff at event registration.
*This does not stack with other discounts. *Amounts less than ?100 will be rounded up.
○ Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age receive free entry for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.
