    ○ Event Structure Regardless of the number of participants, there will be three rounds of Swiss draw. Each round has a time limit of 50 minutes. A rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held after the third round. There will be two rock-paper-scissors tournaments. The first will be for all participants in the third round, and the second will be for everyone except the winner of the first round. ○ Advance Reservations Advance reservations will be accepted during the following period. Please complete the process by clicking "Apply" at the bottom of this page. (Note: If the process is interrupted midway, the "Cancel Application" message will disappear after a while and reservations will be available again. If the application button does not appear after 30 minutes, please contact us. Note: The application button will not appear outside the application period or if the event is sold out.) On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the above hours to check in. ○ Same-Day Registration If you wish to register on the day, please come to the event reception counter during the above hours. Note: If the event is fully booked with advance reservations, those registering on the day will be placed on a waiting list. If you are certain of your participation, please make an advance reservation.
