■General Information
〇 Registration
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the seating capacity.
○ Minimum Number of Participants
The event will be held with a minimum of 8 participants. If the number of participants is less than 8 or more than 3, the tournament format will change.
In this case, the event will be held as a three-round event with a participation fee of 500 yen. Prizes will be as follows:
3-0: 2,000 Hareruya Points
2-X: 1,000 Hareruya Points
〇 Joining in the Middle
You may join in the middle up until the start of the second round.
In this case, a 500 yen discount will be applied to the participation fee, and the first round will be forfeited.
○ Leaving the Event
You can leave the event at any time.
Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Re-entry is not permitted.
〇 Number of Matches
After the Swiss rounds based on the number of participants, there will be a single-elimination bracket among the top Swiss round finishers.
8 players: 3 Swiss rounds only. No single-elimination brackets.
9-16 players: 5 Swiss rounds + 2 Top 4 single-elimination rounds
17-32 players: 5 Swiss rounds + 3 Top 8 single-elimination rounds
〇 To Players Who Advance to the Final Round
If you have advanced to the final tournament, please submit your decklist online at the bottom of the event page.
Decklist registration is open until 11:59 PM on the day of the event.
Prizes will be exchanged for the submitted decklist, so please submit it early.
〇 What to do if your pre-registration transaction is interrupted
If the transaction is interrupted, the application button will temporarily disappear. However, you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without any action.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside the event period or if the event is sold out.
〇 Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. This event costs ¥300. Please inform the staff at event registration.
※ This does not stack with other discounts. * Amounts less than ¥100 will be rounded up.
〇 Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age will receive free entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.
※ This does not stack with other discounts.
○ Notes
If you participate in this tournament, you may appear in photos, videos, and other media.
