〇 Registration Method
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once the number of participants in the ongoing event reaches the capacity.


〇 Minimum Number of Participants
The event will be held with a minimum of 8 participants.
If the number of participants is less than 8, or 5 or more, the event will be held as a three-round event with a participation fee of ¥500.
Prizes in this case
・3-0: 2,000 points + one random foil promo pack from the Standard Set
・2-X: 1,000 points + one random standard promo pack from the Standard Set
The prizes for participation will remain the same.

〇 Late Joining
You can join up until the start of the second round. In this case, you will receive a ¥500 discount on the participation fee and will receive a forfeit of the first round.
If the event is held as a three-round event, the participation fee for late joiners will be ¥300.

〇 What to do if your pre-order payment is interrupted
If the payment is interrupted mid-way through, the application button will temporarily disappear. However, you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without any action.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes or more, please contact us. *The application button will not appear outside the application period or if the event is sold out.

○ Leaving Your Pre-order
You can leave your pre-order at any time.
Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Re-entry will not be permitted.

〇 Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players can enjoy half-price participation at all Hareruya-sponsored events. This event costs ¥300. Please inform the staff at event registration.
*Does not stack with other discounts. *Amounts less than ¥100 will be rounded up.

○ Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age are eligible for free entry to all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.
*Not applicable with other discounts.

○ Important Notes
If you participate in this tournament, you may appear in photos, videos, and other media.
