■General Information
This is a four-round Swiss event.
A minimum of six participants is required. If there are fewer than six participants, the event will be held as a three-round regular event (¥500 entry fee).
Late-game participation is permitted up until the start of the second round. The entry fee is ¥500, and the first round will be a bye.
Late-game participation is free via the Magic: The Gathering Companion app. If you are unable to use the app, please speak to a staff member.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once the current event's seating capacity has been reached.
Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. This event costs ¥1000. Please inform a staff member at event registration.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), discounts apply to entry fees excluding packs. Fractions of ¥10 will be rounded up. For example, for an event with a participation fee of 500 yen, we will charge 300 yen.
Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age can participate in all Hareruya-sponsored events for free. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Sealed, the discount applies to the participation fee excluding the pack fee. Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up. For example, for an event where the pack fee is 2,970 yen, the fee is 3,000 yen.
*Splits are not allowed: Points cannot be distributed differently for this event.
