■General Information
○ Event Structure
Regardless of the number of participants, there will be three rounds of Swiss draw. Each round has a 50-minute time limit.
○ Advance Reservations
Advance reservations will be accepted during the period below. Please complete the application process by clicking "Application" at the bottom of this page.
(Note: If the application process is interrupted midway, the "Cancel Application" message will disappear after a while, and reservations will be available again. If the application button does not appear after 30 minutes, please contact us. Note: The application button will not appear outside the application period or if the event is sold out.)
On the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above to check in.
○ On-the-Day Registration
If you wish to register on the day of the event, please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above.
Note: If the event is fully booked through advance reservations, those registering on the day will be placed on a waiting list. If you are certain of attending, please make an advance reservation.
○ How to Participate
Please come to the event reception counter during the reception hours listed above.
○Deck Registration
We ask all players who have won all their matches to register their decks on the day of the event. Deck registrations from other players are also welcome. You can also register in advance. Please register via "Deck Registration" at the bottom of this page or via "Tournament Deck Registration" on your My Page.
○Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held with four or more participants.
○Late Participation
If there is room, late participation will be accepted up until the start of the second round. In this case, the participation fee will be 300 yen, and the first round will be forfeited. Late participants may also receive byes for the remaining matches.
○Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players can enjoy half-price participation fees at all Hareruya-sponsored events. This event costs 300 yen. Please inform the staff at event registration.

○ Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age are eligible for free entry to all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.

○ Withdrawing
You can withdraw at any time. Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Re-entry will not be permitted. If you withdraw from the event, you will also be unable to participate in the rock-paper-scissors tournament.
○ Waitlist and On-Site Registration
On-site registration is generally on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if the number of applicants exceeds the capacity at the start of registration, a lottery will be held at that time.
If the capacity is reached during pre-registration or during registration hours, all subsequent registrations will be placed on a waitlist.
○ Important Notes
If you participate in this tournament, you may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise appear in media.
