■General Information
〇Event Overview
This is a draft event where all players begin the game with an emblem with the Omniscience ability.
A random set of three Play Booster packs created by the Shibuya store will be used.
Picked cards are discarded.
〇Deck Building
Create a deck of 40 or more cards, including the cards you picked and basic lands.
〇Special Rules
You start with three cards in your opening hand, and you may take one free mulligan.
Otherwise, the current rules will apply.
○Event Structure
Regardless of the number of participants, there will be three rounds of Swiss drafting. Each round has a 50-minute time limit.
○On-the-Day Registration
Those registering on the day should come to the event registration counter during the registration hours listed above.
○Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held if there are three or more participants.
○Late Registration
Late registration is not permitted for this event.
〇Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts.
*For some events, such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), the discount applies to the participation fee excluding the cost of packs.
*Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up.
〇Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age can participate in all Hareruya-sponsored events for free. Please present your student ID card to staff at event registration.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts.

○Leaving the Event
You can leave the event at any time. Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Re-entry will not be permitted.

If you participate in this tournament, you may appear in photos, videos, and other media.
