To participate, please register at the tournament counter and then purchase 8 Play Booster packs of your choice at the register.
〇Construction Rules
You will select a commander from the cards drawn from your 8 Play Booster packs.
*If you do not receive a card that can be used as your commander, you may use
The Prismatic Piper as your commander.
Build a 60-card deck using basic lands and the cards drawn from your packs, including your commander.
Commander color identity is ignored when building a deck.
Multiple copies of the same card from a pack may be used.
○Event Structure
Deck construction will be 30 minutes, followed by two rounds regardless of the number of participants. The time limit for each round is 90 minutes.
○On-the-Day Registration
If you are registering on the day, please come to the event registration counter during the registration hours listed above.
○ Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held with a minimum of three participants.
○ Late Participation
Late participation is accepted only if deck building is completed before the start of the second round.
○ Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events.
*Cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts.
*For some events, such as Draft and Sealed (Pre-Release), the discount applies to the entry fee excluding packs.
*Fractions of 10 yen will be rounded up.
○ Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age will receive free entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to event staff at event registration.
*Cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts.

You can leave at any time. Please inform tournament staff. Re-entry will not be permitted.
