■General Information
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that registration will close once the maximum number of participants for events running at the same time has been reached.
The maximum number of participants is the combined total of all tournaments being held at the same time.
A tournament will be considered valid with a minimum of 8 participants.
After a Swiss round based on the number of participants, a single-elimination tournament will be held for the top players.
*The top players in the Swiss round have the right to choose whether to play first or second in the single-elimination round.
○Deck Registration
Those who advance to the single-elimination round must register a deck. Pre-registration is also available. Please register at the bottom of this page under ""Deck Registration"" or under ""Tournament Deck Registration"" on your My Page.
○Late Joining
Late joins are accepted up until the start of the second round. The first round will be considered a forfeit. Even if you join late, you may be given a forfeit for the remaining matches.
○Late Leave
You may leave at any time. Re-joining is not permitted. 〇 Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please inform the staff when registering for the event.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Draft and Sealed (Prerelease), the discount will be applied to the entry fee excluding the cost of packs. Any fractional amounts will be rounded up to the nearest ten yen. For example, for an event with a 500 yen entry fee, the charge will be 300 yen.
〇 Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age will receive free entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff when registering for the event.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Sealed, the discount will be applied to the entry fee excluding the cost of packs. Any fractional amounts will be rounded up to the nearest ten yen. For example, for an event with a 2,970 yen pack fee, the charge will be 3,000 yen.
Other: If you participate in the tournament, such as if you are a Top 8 winner, you may appear in photographs, videos, and other media.
