"A minimum of four participants will be required for the second round.
You may join up until the start of the second round. In that case, you will be penalized for the first round by default.
Registration will close once all ongoing events have reached their maximum participant capacity.
Decks may be changed between rounds.
Please submit deck lists from winning rounds.
The time limit for each round is 70 minutes.
If the time limit is exceeded and the game is still undecided, you can either play four additional turns, with the current turn counting as turn 0, or choose to call it a draw. After four additional turns have passed, the game will be called a draw.
The Happy Enthusiast Award will be awarded to the person who livened up the table (excluding yourself) after each round, and voted on to be selected."
