■General Information
〇 Registration
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close once the current event's seating capacity is reached.
If you want to guarantee your participation, please make a reservation in advance.
〇 Capacity
If the pre-booked capacity is fully booked, we may increase the number of pre-booked slots.
○ Minimum Number of Participants
The minimum number of participants is eight. If the number of participants is less than eight or more than three, the tournament format will change.
In this case, the event will be held as a three-round event with a participation fee of ¥500. The prizes will be as follows:
・3-0: 2,000 points
・2-X: 1,000 points
〇 Joining in the Event
You can join in the event up until the start of the second round.
In this case, you will receive a ¥500 discount on your participation fee and will be penalized for a forfeit of the first round.
○ Leaving the Event
You can leave the event at any time.
Please withdraw from the Magic Companion app. If you are unable to do so, please come to the event registration counter. Re-entry is not permitted.
〇 Number of Matches
After a Swiss round based on the number of participants, a single-elimination bracket will be held among the top Swiss round finishers.
8 players: 3 Swiss rounds only. No single-elimination bracket will be held.
9-16 players: 5 Swiss rounds + 2 Top 4 single-elimination rounds
17-32 players: 5 Swiss rounds + 3 Top 8 single-elimination rounds
〇 To players who advanced to the single-elimination Finals:
If you have advanced to the single-elimination Finals, please submit your decklist online at the bottom of the event page.
Decklist registration is open until 11:59 PM on the day of the event. We recommend submitting your decklist in advance, such as between rounds or before the start of the single-elimination bracket.
〇 Regarding interrupted payment during pre-registration:
If the payment is interrupted during the pre-registration process, the application button will temporarily disappear. However, you will be able to apply again after a certain amount of time has passed without any action.
If the application button does not reappear after 30 minutes, please contact us. *The application button will not be displayed outside of the event period or if tickets are sold out.
〇 Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Participation in this event costs ¥300. Please inform the staff at event registration.
*Does not stack with other discounts. *Amounts less than ¥100 will be rounded up.
〇 Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age will receive free entry for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.
*Does not stack with other discounts.
○ Important Notes
If you participate in this tournament, you may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise appear in media.
