This event will be a Commander event using the ""Commander Bracket (Beta).""
The brackets used will be ""Bracket 4: Optimized"" or ""Bracket 5: CEDH.""
This bracket is designed for an extreme, unlimited game experience, featuring high-powered cards, easy combos, mass land denial, and game-changing cards.
Game-changing cards: All cards except banned cards are allowed.
Two-card infinite combos: Unlimited.
Cards that significantly limit land abilities or interfere with land use: Unlimited, all cards except banned.
Cards that grant extra turns: Unlimited, all cards except banned.
Registration
Please come to the event counter during registration hours. If you pre-registered, please come to the event counter during registration hours.
Deck Registration
Top 4 players must register their deck by the day of the event. Pre-registration is also available. Please register via ""Deck Registration"" at the bottom of this page or ""Tournament Deck Registration"" on My Page.
○ Event Structure
Four rounds will be played using a Commander Points system, with the top four players competing in the finals.
Each participant will be awarded 1,000 points at the start of the match. The loser of each match will lose 7% of their points. The winner will receive points equal to the total points lost by the losers (rounded up to the nearest whole number). In a three-player match, the winner will receive points equivalent to the fourth player's loss.
○ Time Limit: Each round (excluding the finals) has a time limit of 60 minutes. The game ends when the time limit expires. However, if a player is able to win before the stack is empty, the game will continue until the stack is empty or 10 minutes have passed.
○ Pairings: Four rounds will be played randomly, with the top four players with the most points competing in the finals. While four-player matches are the norm, there may be cases where three-player matches are played. Points and results will not be disclosed until the end of the fourth round.
〇 First Turn Player (Turn)
The player in seat A of the announced match pairing will be the first turn player, and players A, B, C, and D will take turns in that order.
For the finals, players may choose their seat (turn) in order of their ranking in the preliminary rounds.
○ Minimum Number of Participants
This tournament will be held if there are 10 or more participants.
If there are 3-9 participants, the event will be held as Gachikoma! No Mercy Commander (two-round event with a ¥500 entry fee).
○ Late Participation
Late participation is accepted up until the start of the second round. In this case, a ¥500 discount will be applied to the entry fee. The first round will be a forfeit.
○ Late Participation
You may leave at any time. Re-entry is not permitted.
○ Half-Price Discount for Women
Female players receive half-price entry fees for all Hareruya-sponsored events. This event costs ¥500. Please inform the staff at event registration.

〇Free for High School Students and Younger
Players under high school age will be admitted free of charge for all Hareruya-sponsored events. Please present your student ID card to the staff at event registration.

If you are a Top 4 player or otherwise participate in this tournament, you may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise appear in the media.
